阿尔马菲海岸由很多小镇组成，我俩民宿所在的地方的小镇叫Tovere，离最大名鼎鼎的阿尔马菲镇大概20分钟的车程。今天打算去阿尔马菲去看看，一路还是九曲回肠的蜿蜒狭窄的山路，不过当然沿途还是有美丽的景色。

The Almafi Coast is made up of many small towns. The town where our AirBnB was located is called Tovere, about a 20 minutes drive from the most famous town of Almafi. Today we plan to go to take the narrow mountain road to see Amalfi, but of course there will also be beautiful scenery along the way.

一路上有时候会碰到两个大巴在狭窄的山路上错车，看着还真是有意思 😂  快到阿尔马菲的时候，开始有些堵车，花了30多分钟终于到了，可是没有找到停车场，这时候就显示了这里独特的路况，狭窄的山路，没有办法靠边停车，后面还跟着其他的车，所以只能硬着头皮继续开，然后就是只能开到可以靠边停车的地方，才决定是调头还是继续找其他的停车场， 哈哈 😄 所以我俩又开出了20多分钟，一直开到Maiori小镇才碰巧开进了一个停车库。在那里停了车，发现可以坐船去阿尔马菲，而且挺方便的，船票3欧元，15分钟的船乘。吃了午饭，我俩便买了往返船票，坐船去了阿尔马菲。

Sometimes we would encounter two buses on the narrow mountain road and watched in amazement as they navigate inches from each other to pass. When we approached Amalfi we ran into some traffic jams and it took more than 30 minutes to finally arrive only to find that all the parking lots were full! The narrow mountain roads have cars parked on the side with no place to stop and followed by other cars, so you have to keep driving until you can find a place to park. We continued to looking for parking and, haha, and after more than 20 minutes we arrived at the next town of Maiori where we luckily found an available parking garage. We stopped there and found that we could take a ferry back to Almafi, which we did. The ticket was three euros and took only 15 minutes. So after lunch, we bought a round-trip ticket and took the ferry to Almafi.

阿尔马菲还真美，真有特色，尤其是那些建在山崖上的一层一层的房屋，看起来非常壮观，面朝大海，背朝悬崖的感觉表现的淋漓尽致。

Almafi is really beautiful, and it has its own characteristics, especially the multi-story houses built into the cliffs. It looks spectacular, facing the sea, and the feeling of being on the face of the cliff is vivid.

这里即热湿度又大，幸好很多时候可以走在阴影处。到了返程船的时间，坐船回到Maiori后，开车回到了民宿。晚饭是我在民宿做的，第一次发挥了民宿的真正作用，就是可以做饭（这个会写到吃在意大利里）！吃完晚饭，我俩便去了民宿主人的房子大院里的平台去坐着休息，刚好碰到了主人的妈妈，她正在整理她从地里采下来的小西红柿，我俩跟她打招呼，她便给我俩西红柿吃，我高兴地收了几个，这西红柿真好吃，跟小时候吃的西红柿一样，特别有味道，我用google翻译软件的语音功能说了意大利语感谢她，她给了我一个大大的笑容。结果没想到，过了一会儿，她竟然给我俩准备了一纸袋的西红柿！在无法有效沟通的情况下，我俩收下了那么多的西红柿。不过心里感觉热乎乎的，那种人与人之间的最淳朴的不图回报的感情， 一个陌生的环境，一个从未见过的老人，让我俩感动的不知所措。PJG还一直在那里感叹，意大利人和中国人的这种情怀真像 😀😬

Here, the heat and humidity are high, but fortunately, many times you can walk in the shadows to escape the heat. After spending a few hours wandering the town, we took the ferry to return to Maiori and drove back to the hotel. Tonight, I will make a real Italian dinner at the apartment. For the first time, we will take full advantage of the AirBnb and cook a delicious dinner (I’ll blog about the dinner in “Eating in Italy”)! After dinner, we went to the patio of the owners house to sit and relax. There we met the owner’s mother who was cleaning and sorting out some cherry tomatoes she had just picked from the garden. We greeted her and used the google translator to have a small conversation with her. We were happy to have a few of the delicious fresh tomatoes, just like the ones I remember eating as a child… she gave us a big smile. Unexpectedly, after a while, she presented us with a whole bag of tomatoes for us to take home! Perhaps because of the ineffective communication, we ended up receiving so many tomatoes. However, my heart felt warmed from the most simple kind of unrequited feelings between people, in an unfamiliar environment, an old woman who has never seen us before, makes us both moved and overwhelmed. PJG recognizes how similar the Italian and Chinese people are this way.

真是美好的一天。
