吉隆坡之行-中 Kuala Lumpur Visit – Part II

早上的首要安排是参观双峰塔。抵达售票处时，我们发现只剩下下午两点半的入场券，成人票价为98马币。意外的是，PJG能享有折扣，票价仅需50马币。购票之后，我们决定先前往旁边的KLCC公园。这里不仅是欣赏双峰塔的绝佳地点，也是这座炎热都市中的一片宁静绿洲。

The top priority in the morning was to go to the top of the Petronas Twin Towers. Upon arriving at the ticket office, we discovered that only tickets for 2:30 pm entry were available, with an adult ticket price of 98 Ringgit. Surprisingly, PJG was eligible for a discount, and his ticket price was only 50 Ringgit.

After purchasing the tickets, we decided to head to the nearby KLCC Park. This place is not only a perfect spot to appreciate the Petronas Twin Towers but also a tranquil green oasis in this sweltering hot city.

随后，我们步行前往了莎罗马行人天桥，这座位于吉隆坡市中心，连接莎阿南区与吉隆坡会议中心区的现代化行人天桥。天桥以马来西亚知名歌手莎罗马命名，设计灵感源自马来传统的“Wau Bulan”（月亮风筝），融合了独特的文化元素和建筑美学。尤其到了夜晚，其独特的结构和灯光效果成为了城市的一大亮点，吸引着无数摄影爱好者和游客前来留影，已经成为吉隆坡不可错过的景观之一。

Afterwards, we walked to the Saloma Link Bridge, a modern pedestrian bridge located in the heart of KL, connecting the Saloma district with the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area. The bridge is named after the famous Malaysian singer Saloma, and its design is inspired by the traditional Malay “Wau Bulan” (moon kite), blending unique cultural elements and architectural aesthetics. Especially at night, its distinctive structure and lighting effects become a major highlight of the city, attracting countless photography enthusiasts and tourists to come and take photos. It has already become one of the must-see attractions in Kuala Lumpur.

炎热的天气，迫使我俩在吉隆坡的有空调的过街通道里游逛了一会儿，然后在双峰塔旁的Suria KLCC商场里的小吃街吃了午饭。午饭过后，去参观双峰塔。

The hot weather forced us to wander around KL’s air-conditioned crosswalks for a while, and then we had lunch at the food court in Suria KLCC mall next to the Petronas Twin Towers. After lunch, we went to the Petronas Twin Towers at our scheduled time.

双峰塔，应该是这座城市乃至全世界最著名的地标之一。这对摩天大楼高452米，共有88层，一度是世界上最高的建筑物，至今仍是世界最高的双塔楼。双峰塔不仅是马来西亚的象征，也是现代建筑和工程学的杰作。参观双峰塔，游客可以通过预定门票进入。塔内有专为游客开放的吊桥和观景台，位于第41和第86层。从这里，游客可以俯瞰整个吉隆坡市区的壮观景色，体验在云端漫步的感觉。吊桥连接着两座塔楼，提供了一个独特的观赏角度和拍照机会。

The Petronas Twin Towers are probably one of the most famous landmarks in this city and even the world. The twin towers are 452 meters tall with 88 floors and were once the tallest buildings in the world. They are still the tallest twin towers in the world. The Petronas Twin Towers are not only a symbol of Malaysia but also a masterpiece of modern architecture and engineering. To visit the Petronas Twin Towers, tourists can enter by booking tickets in advance. Inside the towers, there is a skybridge and observation deck open to tourists, located on the 41st and 86th floors. From here, visitors can overlook the spectacular view of the entire Kuala Lumpur city and experience the feeling of walking in the clouds. The skybridge connects the two towers, providing a unique viewing angle and photo opportunity.

凉爽的地下通道和有空调的过街天桥，能从我俩酒店的区域，链接到双峰塔 – The cool underground passageways and air-conditioned crosswalks allowed us to connect from the area of our hotel to the Petronas Twin Towers.

在参观了双峰塔之后，我们决定乘坐Grab前往植物园，却没想到被炎热的天气彻底击败。仅仅逛了不到十分钟，我们就感觉自己仿佛变成了冰激凌，在烈日下逐渐融化。于是，毫不犹豫地选择打车回酒店。在花园里意外地看到了空气凤梨，一种独特的植物，属于凤梨科。与大多数植物不同的是，空气凤梨不需要土壤生长，它们通过挂在其他植物上，叶子从空气中吸收水分和营养。只在槟城的那个香料园里看到了简介，但是并没有目睹其真容。

After visiting the Petronas Twin Towers, we decided to take a Grab to the Botanical Gardens but didn’t expect to be completely defeated by the hot weather. After walking for less than ten minutes, we felt like we had turned into ice cream, gradually melting under the scorching sun. So, without hesitation, we chose to take Grab back to the hotel. In the garden, we unexpectedly saw air plants, a unique type of plant that belongs to the Bromeliaceae family. Unlike most plants, air plants do not need soil to grow. They hang on other plants, and their leaves absorb moisture and nutrients from the air. We only saw an introduction to them in the Spice Garden in Penang but didn’t witness their true appearance.

不知道右边的是什么花，但是花周围的那些小小的针叶般的植物就是空气凤梨 – I’m not sure what the flowers on the right are, but the small, needle-like plants surrounding the flowers are the air plants.

在晚餐前，就像昨天那样，一场突如其来的倾盆大雨再次上演，打乱了我们原本计划去眩晕酒吧欣赏日落的安排，让我们不得不留在酒店的俱乐部，幸运的是，这里有免费的小吃和酒水供我们享用，哈哈。等到雨势减弱许多后，我们便出发去享用晚餐。

Before dinner, just like yesterday, a sudden downpour unfolded, disrupting our original plan to visit the Vertigo Bar to enjoy the sunset, forcing us to stay in the hotel’s club. Fortunately, there were complimentary snacks and drinks available for us to enjoy, haha. Once the rain had significantly lessened, we then set off for our dinner.

去了昨晚计划去的亚罗街美食街，是吉隆坡心脏地带中一个独特的美食目的地。街道以其丰富多彩的街边美食摊贩而闻名，提供了从地道的马来美食、中式小吃到印度料理等各种亚洲美食。白天，亚罗街可能看起来普通且安静，但到了晚上，它便彻底变身，成为一个充满活力、灯火通明的美食天堂。摊位两旁的桌椅被摆放到街道上，顾客可以在这里边享受美味的食物边观察熙熙攘攘的人流。在这里展现的是文化多样性和社会活力，让人们在享受美食的同时，也能感受到吉隆坡这座多元文化城市的魅力。

For dinner, we went to Jalan Alor Food Street, which we had planned to visit last night. It’s a unique food destination in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The street is famous for its colorful street food stalls, offering a variety of Asian cuisines ranging from authentic Malay dishes and Chinese snacks to Indian delicacies. During the day, Jalan Alor may look ordinary and quiet, but at night, it completely transforms into a vibrant, brightly lit food paradise. Tables and chairs from the stalls are placed on the street, where customers can enjoy delicious food while observing the bustling crowd. The cultural diversity and social vitality on display here allow people to experience the charm of Kuala Lumpur, a multicultural city, while indulging in the delectable food.

我俩点的蛤蜊，空心菜和烤鱼，味道还可以吧，不算是最好吃的 – We ordered clams, water spinach, and grilled fish. The taste was okay, not the most delicious.

晚餐过后，在回酒店的路途中，我们偶遇了两支街头表演的乐队。现场氛围热烈，每个人都兴高采烈地随着音乐唱跳，场面异常欢乐。

After dinner, on our way back to the hotel, we stumbled upon two street performing bands. The atmosphere was lively, with everyone singing and dancing along to the music in high spirits, creating an extraordinarily joyful scene.

吉隆坡确实是一个值得一探的城市，光是双峰塔的迷人魅力就足以吸引人们前来。这里是我目前为止访问过的唯一一个穆斯林国家，各个民族和宗教表面上看是和谐共处的，当然每个社会都会有自己的问题。我在网上看到马来西亚的居民庆祝着各种不同信仰的节日，从佛教的卫塞节、华人的中秋节，到基督教的圣诞节和印度教的大宝森节。一个包容各种文化和宗教的社会，是一个能够前进的先进文明最根本的基石。

Kuala Lumpur is indeed a city worth exploring, and the enchanting charm of the Petronas Twin Towers alone is enough to attract people to visit. This is the only Muslim country I have visited so far, where various ethnicities and religions appear to coexist harmoniously on the surface, although every society has its own issues. I saw online that residents of Malaysia celebrate various festivals of different faiths, from the Buddhist Vesak Day, the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, to the Christian Christmas and the Hindu Thaipusam. A society that embraces diverse cultures and religions is the most fundamental part of an advanced civilization capable of progress.
