We didn’t really do much today, except for going out to lunch and dinner, wander around the hotel for a bit, and then lie flat on the reclining chairs on our balcony and by the beach of the hotel. Great Day!

The first time we ate at this chain was in Amsterdam.PJG的泰式鸡肉罗勒饭. PJG’s Thai Basil Chicken.我的四川炒面. My “Sichuan” Fried Noodles.酒店的躺椅. Lounge chairs at the beach.晚饭的饭店又是在斯皮诺拉湾，我俩的座位是三楼最左边的. The restaurant, Peppinos, for dinner is again at Spinola Bay. Our table is on the left side of the third floor.又是一个美丽的夜晚. The view from our table, another beautiful night.三文鱼牛油果前餐，和我做的一款很像，但是这个三文鱼是腌制过的，我觉得我的更新鲜. A salmon avocado appetizer, similar to one I have made, but this salmon is marinated – I think mine is fresher haha.在马耳他的最后一个晚餐，左边的是我的炖兔肉，右边的是PJG的海鲜意面. It turns out many celebrities have eaten at this restaurant. The three pictures on the wall are of Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, and my favorite version of 007, Daniel Craig!
After nearly 30 days of travel, it seems we have lost a little stamina, haha! After a day off, we will fly to Madrid tomorrow, stay near the airport for the night, and then go on to Lisbon in the morning. We need to get our Covid test done 24 hours before entering Portugal, fingers crossed!

Haha the bald head is a give away.. it does not taste like chicken. Not sure how to describe. But it’s closer to chicken than to beef
