Our trip to Lima, Peru, was filled with vibrant culture, incredible cuisine, and unforgettable experiences. From exploring the historic Plaza de Armas and the stunning Larcomar Shopping Center overlooking the Pacific Ocean to taking in the unique flavors of Peruvian-Chinese fusion (Chifa) and Nikkei cuisine, every moment was a sensory delight. We ventured into the Huacachina Oasis, climbed sand dunes for breathtaking desert sunsets, and marveled at ancient history at the Huaca Pucllana pyramid. Despite some minor setbacks, such as a bout of traveler’s illness, the trip offered countless memories and stories. Lima’s charm, from the romantic Love Park to the buzzing Miraflores district, left a lasting impression, making it a journey to treasure.
