短暂观光摩纳哥国 A Trip to Monaco

某人说有几个旅游小记太长了，所以今天会分成两个写。

Someone complained that the blogs are too long, so I will write today’s in two parts.

在尼斯的第一个整天 Nice, First Full Day

早上一直在下雨，直到10点多雨突然就停了，然后就是阳光明媚，碧蓝的蓝天。先沿着盎格鲁街漫步了一个小时，这条街道是一条沿着地中海蔚蓝海岸的著名的海滨步行道。这里的浪潮很高，海浪拍打岸边石头的声音格外沸反盈天。这条街本来是英国人建的，1860年，尼斯才被并入法国。

It had been raining all morning until at 10am when the rain suddenly stopped, replaced by a sunny blue sky. We took a long stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, Nice’s famous seaside promenade on the Mediterranean Riviera. The tide was high here, and the sound of the waves dragging the rocks back into the sea is very alluring.

今天要去下一个目的地法国尼斯，下午2点50的易捷航空的飞机，早上11点多从酒店结账，兰布拉大道附近给PJG买了一个新帽子，昨晚吃晚饭不知道怎么他的帽子丢了。12点多坐巴士直达机场。

Today we are going to our next destination, Nice, France. Our easyJet flight is at 2:50 pm so we checked-out of the hotel at 11 am. I bought a new hat for PJG near Las Ramblas. Why? Because somehow at dinner last night, the hat went missing!

阳光明媚的第二天 The Sunny, Second Day

今天天晴啦，早上快11点了才出门，先去酒店楼顶的平台上看了一圈，可以看到远处的那个举世闻名的圣家大教堂。这次先不打算去圣家大教堂，等5月份回来的时候再去。然后在哥特区的又逛了逛，看到了昨天没有看到的一些景色。

It’s finally sunny today. We didn’t leave until after 11 when we headed up to the roof of our hotel to take a look around. From there we could see the world-famous Sagrada Familia in the distance. Unfortunately, given our shortened visit, we don’t plan to go there this time, we’ll wait until we come back in May. Later we strolled around the Gothic Quarter.

巴塞罗那第一个下午 1st Afternoon in Barcelona

睡到了下午两点多，我俩强迫自己，终于还是爬起床来，去所在的哥特区逛逛。哥特区是巴塞罗那的老城区，遍布着狭窄的鹅卵石街道和高层的古建筑，从1895年到1904年，毕加索在哥特区生活和工作过。

After our long exhausting trip, we slept until after two in the afternoon and had to force ourselves to finally get out of bed and go out for a walk in the Gothic Quarter.

丢失的14个小时 The Lost 14 Hours

颠沛流离～～～用这四个字形容似乎太夸张了，但是足以表达我俩这丢失的14个小时。

Exasperated ~~ This word seems a bit too exaggerated, but still not enough to express the last 14 hours we lost.

现在是4月21号早上9点31分，终于安顿下来，坐在了巴塞罗那的酒店的床上。原本昨天下午的4点35分就应该到达巴塞罗那机场的我俩，终于在14个小时之后到达了目的地。

重返哥本哈根一天 Returning to Copenhagen

2021年11月10日，星期三，23天的2021年旅行终于接近尾声了，昨天从希腊雅典又飞回了哥本哈根，飞行非常顺利，出希腊和进丹麦都不需要过海关，所以护照上没有留下任何去过希腊的印迹。会在哥本哈根停留两晚，明天回家。昨晚在旅店附近找了一家意大利菜饭店吃晚饭，

On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, our 23-day Covid 2021 trip is finally coming to an end. Yesterday, we flew from Athens, Greece back to Copenhagen. The flight was very smooth. We didn’t need to go through customs when we left Greece or enter Denmark, so I didn’t get a stamp on my passport! No traces of ever having been to Greece 🙁

雅典第三天 Athens Day 3

没做什么事的一天，早上去了一个离旅店很近的“国家花园”，没想到正好路过宪法广场并且赶上了一个小规模的希腊雅典卫兵换岗。站在希腊议会前的士兵每小时都会换一次岗，不过周日早上11点的是更正式的，可惜我俩看到的是10点的，而且只有两个士兵。和在伦敦看到的气势宏大的英国的皇家卫兵换岗相比，这个就简单多了，两个士兵的走步很特别，把脚抬的高高的，而且还会前后摆动一下，还会故意摩擦地面发出吱吱的摩擦的声音，很有意思的一个换岗仪式。

On a day of “not much happening”, in the morning we went to the “National Garden” which was very close to our hotel. We went through Syntagma Square and happened to catch the tail end of a small-scale changing of the guard in Athens.

雅典第二天的两个山峰 Day 2 of 2 Hills

雅典有7个有名的小山，除了昨天去的卫城，今天又攻克了两个。早上步行去了第一个山-吕卡维多斯山，位于卫城的东侧，海拔只有277米，应该是雅典的最高点。从旅店步行40多分钟比较轻松地到达了山顶。从山顶上可以看到昨天去的卫城，可惜今天有些雾蒙蒙的，远处看的并不是很清晰。

There are seven famous hills in Athens, counting the Acropolis that we went to yesterday, we have conquered two more of the hills today.

希腊雅典第一天 Athens Day one

昨天离开了帕罗斯岛，民宿主人竟然开车把我俩送到了机场，25分钟的飞行就到了雅典。从雅典机场到旅店的地铁大概用时50分钟（不包括走路到地铁站的时间），车费9每人欧元（买两张票，每人竟然给了1欧元的折扣！太贴心了。）跟哥本哈根比起来，这里的地铁似乎不是那么方便，车次相隔时间比较长，哥本哈根大概每2分钟就一趟车，我俩等了有20多分钟，而且也没有任何的地铁实时信息。

We left Paros Island yesterday and the owner of the hotel drove us to the airport (so nice!) It took 25 minutes to fly to Athens. The subway from Athens Airport to the hotel took about 50 minutes (not including the time to walk to the subway station), and the fare was 9 euros per person (buying two tickets, each person gets a discount of 1 euro! So sweet.) but compared with Copenhagen, the subway system here is not convenient at all.

帕罗斯岛第二天 Paros Day 2

今天决定坐大巴去帕罗斯岛的纳乌萨小镇，每人1.8欧元的车费，大概20分钟就到了纳乌萨。这个小镇比帕里奇亚更小，更安静，基本没看到几个游客，很多饭店和酒吧应该在旅游旺季的时候会很忙，不过现在都关门了，至少午饭没开门。在纳乌萨闲逛了一阵，吃了一顿简单的午饭，坐大巴回到了民宿。没想到回程坐的大巴竟然是一辆兼职校车，一路上接送了很多放学回家的中小学生，原本20分钟的车程，变成了45分钟。其中一个绕了一个很大的弯，就是送一个学生回家，还真是很贴心。

Today, we decided to take a bus to the small town of Naousa in Paros. The fare is 1.8 euros per person and it takes about 20 minutes to reach Naousa. This small town is smaller and quieter than Parikia. We rarely saw any tourists.

离开圣托里尼岛，下一站是帕罗斯岛，我们离开的这天，也是岛上很多生意结束今年的工作的一天，忙了一年的他她们会开始自己的度假和旅行。我俩昨天早上坐大巴从伊亚到了费罗，又在费罗转了两个多小时，再次肯定了上次来这里的感觉，这里要比伊亚有意思很多，价格便宜，各种选择更多，还发现了两个中餐馆！所以当然午饭就吃中国菜啦，哈哈，上次还是在哥本哈根吃的呢。味道还真不错，回锅肉很地道。总之我俩的感觉是伊亚比较小，景色非常迷人，适合放松发呆,泡温泉，做按摩等等，费拉就更接地气一些，建议来圣托里尼岛的话，住在费拉，然后去伊亚一天看那些著名的景点。

The next stop after Santorini is the island of Paros. Santorini (and maybe other places) start to shutdown at the end of October. Many restaurants and hotels will close until spring. We took the bus from Oia to Fira yesterday morning and checked out Fira for a couple of hours before heading to the port.

圣托里尼岛第4&5天 Santorini Day 4&5

这两天基本就是享受假期放松的日子，没有什么特别的安排，早上起来坐在平台上喝茶/咖啡，看景色，听音乐。当然每天也还要坚持锻炼，徒步去了两个伊亚不同的区域，不是游客所在的区域，感觉像是伊亚的“背面”，没有什么游客，其实也没有什么当地人。尤其是第四天的徒步，没有什么值得记录的，基本没看到什么有趣的东西，荒芜的一片，点缀着一些当地人的房子。

These last two days we spent just enjoying the vacation and relaxing. There were no specific plans to accomplish. We got up in the morning and sat on our deck to have our tea and coffee and watch the scenery and listen to music.

吃在希腊 Eating In Greece

来希腊之前我对希腊的食物并不是特别期待，因为中国菜和亚洲菜整体来说都比欧洲菜要更有味道，更丰富一些，而且2018年的欧洲之行，也没有很多特别让我惊艳的食品，所以以爱吃为好（到哪都特别关注吃）的我，并没有很期待能在希腊吃到特别好吃的东西。

Before coming to Greece, I wasn’t particularly looking forward to eating Greek food, because Chinese and Asian dishes are generally more flavorful and richer than European dishes, and nothing really changed that opinion after our trip to Europe in 2018. Not surprisingly, I love to eat good food and we pay special attention to eating wherever we go and I wasn’t really expecting to be eating anything particularly delicious in Greece.

“秘密地被猫统治”的希腊 Greece Secretly “Ruled” by Cats

在房顶上，屋檐下，峭壁边，餐桌，小巷里，马路边，猫咪的身影到处可见。一开始还以为是家猫，但是看到猫咪的数量，有google了一下，发现这些猫都是活在城市里的流浪猫。

When we came to Greece, I unexpectedly discovered that Greece is secretly ruled by cats, haha. Whether it is in Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, or Athens, cats are everywhere …

圣托里尼岛第三天 Santorini Day 3

早上9点半出发，徒步爬山去了圣托里尼岛上的另一个小镇-费拉。这里有一条通往费拉专门为徒步的人建造的路，非常方便，虽然一路各种路况，并要翻越三个山坡，其实徒步爬起山来并不是很难，一路走走停停，拍照片，看风景，我俩一共用了2个半小时到达了费拉小镇。这里和伊亚差不多，一排排建在悬崖峭壁上的酒店，不过这里的游客会少很多。我们还经过了一些当地居民会去的地方，到目前为止我俩还没在伊亚见到过 (打算明天去搜寻)。感觉这里的食品和物品价格会比伊亚便宜一些，而且有很多当地人的气息，下次来圣托里尼岛的话，应该会选择这里，哈哈。

Well we did it. We hiked the Oia to Fira trail! We departed at 9:30 in the morning starting the trail near our hotel and hiked to another small town on Santorini called Fira about 6 miles away.

昨天早上坐海上快艇从米科诺斯岛来到了圣托里尼岛，昨天的风也比较大，我担心自己晕船，没敢吃早饭，没想到乘船的经历也没那么糟糕，因为是一个快艇，大概2个小时就到了圣托里尼岛。我们的小旅店帮我们叫了一个车，举着PJG的名字的牌子在港口接我们，费用是45欧元。这个司机真是一个老手，蜿蜒的盘山路，即使是超车都开的很稳当。

Yesterday morning, we took a high-speed ferry from Mykonos to Santorini. The wind was relatively strong yesterday and I worried I would be seasick so I didn’t dare eat breakfast. Well, surprisingly the experience of taking a ferry was not that bad and because it was a fast ferry, we arrived in Santorini in about 2 hours.

米科诺斯第四天 Mykonos Day 4

又是放松的一天，最天晚上这里开始起风了，今天也是很大的风，能达到 28 mph-相当于6级风，这恰好是看大海潮长潮落的最好的时机。穿过蜿蜒曲折的小巷，又到了“小威尼斯”来看海，坐在那里，听大海拍打岸边的声音，不时的就会回想过去和逝去的亲人。今天逛了一些卖纪念品的小店，又拍了一些小巷的照片，明天就要去圣托里尼岛了，享受漫步在米科诺斯岛的每一次转角遇到的景色，希望以后能有机会能带家人再次来到这里。

It was another relaxing day. The wind started to blow here last night. Today there is also a very strong wind, which can reach 28 mph. This happens to be the best time to watch the sea tide ebb and flow and to recall days gone past and loved ones from another time.

米科诺斯第三天 Mykonos Day 3

今天不打算在岛中心的小巷里游逛了，决定去岛上的一个海滩叫Ornos Beach，步行大概45分钟。今天的另外一个任务是去洗衣店洗衣服，所以我俩带好了要洗的衣服，背着两个背包，先去洗衣店，然后步行去Ornos海滩。今天的天气还是很好，风比较大，沿着爱琴海走路，吹着海风，甚是舒服。到了Ornos海滩已是午饭时间，找了一个海滩旁的饭店，享受了一顿伴着美景的美餐。

Today, we decided to do something other than wander through the alleys in the town. So we decided to go to a beach on the other side of the island called Ornos Beach, which is about 45 minutes by foot.
